ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Check-in times are from 2:00 pm to 6:00pm
Check-out time is by 10:00 am on day of departure
Where possible please message us with approximate check-in time so that we can make the check-in process as quick as possible for you.
By booking accommodation you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1) NO SMOKING
We are a non-smoking property. If the room is deemed unsaleable on the day of departure due to tobacco product odour a cleaning fee of $200 will be charged.
2) NO PETS
3) NO PORTABLE HOTPLATES, BBQs OR COOKTOPS OR OTHER COOKING DEVICES ALLOWED INSIDE CABIN
All of our rooms are fitted with kitchenettes only – we provide a small fridge and microwave (for reheating of food/beverages only). We do not have exhaust rangehoods fitted and hence cooking in rooms is strictly prohibited.
4) NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
5) DAMAGE
We reserve the right to charge for any damages caused through the course of the booking by any member of the booking party. This includes breakages, spills, stains, damage to furniture or fixtures and fittings. Any accidental damages should be reported as soon as possible in order to minimise damage and associated costs.
6) LOST KEYS
Lost keys will incur a replacement charge per key
7) PARKING
Designated parking is for guests use only -1 car space per Cabin.
8) MAXIMUM of 2 ADULTS per Cabin Room and sneaking extra guests into the cabin is prohibited.
Please note: We do not cater for children as we do not have a child friendly bathtub, portable cot or highchair. Our Cabins are designed to offer spacious accommodation for two adults.
Payment Policy
As we are a small accommodation provider, full payment is required at time of booking in order to secure and confirm your chosen date/s.
We offer a full refund (less associated credit card processing fees) for cancellations up to 48 hours prior to check-in date. For more information please see our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy

We offer a full refund (less credit card processing fees) for cancellations up to 48 hours prior to check-in date.
For cancellations with less than 48 hours to check-in date, we are unable to provide refund.
“No Shows” are charged full accommodation payment and a refund is not available.

On Arrival please follow driveway across front of property to the cafe/ clubhouse to receive keys.
